Marketing
The primary method of marketing any vacant units is advertising through the local paper small word ads and the internet. Additionally, we place signs on the property and utilize a variety of contacts and regularly received calls. Past experience has shown these methods to be very effective.

Communication
Island Property Management utilizes the latest in computer and communication technology. We believe in personal service and therefore ensure that we are easily accessible to current and potential tenants and owners through the use of fax machines, cellular telephones, and pagers, as well as e-mail. This also enables us to offer 24 hour emergency services.

Fees
Our fee structure is based on a percentage of the rent collected. Our basic fee is 10% of the monthly rent collected with a 75% of the full monthly rent for a leasing fee as units are rented. These fees are based on one to five units, additional properties would be negotiable. We also guarantee tenant placement. If the tenant we have selected should vacate the property within three months of occupancy we will replace the tenant at no additional cost to you. *
